Your Organizerâ„¢ for YMail feedback

We love hearing feedback from all of our users. We even value the feedback from our former users who gave Organizer a try but deactivated their account. 

A very big thank you to all who took the time to complete our "Organizer Exit Survey". Your comments gave us some insights into why you uninstalled Organizer and how we can make it better.

  We've addressed your concerns!Your feedback has a direct impact on what we focus on to make Organizer better. For example, the three most requested features have been delivered to Organizer over the last couple of months. Custom Folders: You can now customize the folders Organizer uses in Yahoo! Mail. New features such as creating your own OIB folders, changing where your messages are filed, and editing sender names are available and easy to use. Check it out!

New Help Pages: Organizer may be a new concept for many of our users. Keeping this in mind, detailed instructions for how to use Organizer are available on our new Organizer help page. If you're more of a visual learner, video tutorials are also on hand. More Frequent Scans: We have upgraded the performance of our scans so they are more efficient. This allows for even more scans to be completed every day.If these have addressed your concerns about Organizer then please give it another try, we are sure you will enjoy the improvements we have made.You don't have to wait for the next survey to give us your feedback.
